At Wellspring Meds, we make it easy to get the everyday health and wellness products you need delivered right to your door.

Free U.S. Shipping — No Minimum

We offer free standard shipping on every eligible U.S. order with no minimum purchase required.

Standard orders generally arrive within 4–8 business days after shipment. Standard packages may be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable carrier service depending on the destination, package, and fulfillment requirements.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on business days are generally processed for shipment the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may occasionally vary because of order volume, inventory availability, payment review, or other operational circumstances.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Expedited Delivery: Generally delivered within approximately 2 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier service.
Expedited Shipping Fee: The applicable rate, if any, is displayed at checkout.
Free Expedited Shipping: Eligible orders of $60 or more may qualify for complimentary expedited shipping, subject to destination, product, and shipping-method eligibility.

The shipping method, cost, eligibility, and delivery estimate displayed at checkout will control if they differ from general information on this page.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping may be available for eligible orders and destinations for a $35 flat fee.

Orders requiring overnight delivery should generally be placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day. Orders placed after the cutoff may ship the following business day.

Overnight delivery is subject to carrier availability and service coverage and may not be available for all addresses, products, weekends, or holidays.

P.O. Boxes

Orders shipping to a P.O. Box must be sent using an eligible USPS service. FedEx and other expedited carrier options that require a physical street address may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries.

If you need expedited or overnight delivery, please provide a valid physical street address when required by the selected carrier.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories

Free standard U.S. shipping may be available to eligible destinations; however, expedited and overnight options, delivery times, and promotional shipping offers may vary by destination.

Please review the available shipping methods and rates shown during checkout for your address.

Canada and International Shipping

Shipping to Canada or other international destinations, when available, may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges.

These charges are generally determined by the destination country or carrier and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout where supported.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address or mobile number associated with your order.

Please allow time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking information.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Wellspring Meds is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please contact our Customer Care team and we will help review the order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Lost, Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact Wellspring Meds Customer Care with your order number and details of the issue.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, or shipping materials when needed to investigate a damaged or incorrect shipment.

Refunds, replacements, and other resolutions are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier requirements, applicable law, or other regulatory considerations.

If we are unable to ship an item to your address, we may contact you, remove the affected item from the order, or cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.
