If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, just give us a call to start your ‘hassle free’ return.

Most returns within the USA are free of charge and may be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

  • Please make sure to start the refund process within 30 days of your order being placed. Refunds after the 30 day period may not be honored.

  • Once you’ve provided the relevant details, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions for how to return your item.  If you are personally returning your item please do so to:

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned sealed and unopened. *Unless this is your first time trying a product in which case you may be eligible for a satisfaction guarantee return.
  • Returns/ refunds may not be honored for drop shippers or for large orders for those not using the product for personal use
